Your Work Profile 

The Deputy Manager – AI Security & Governance will support the delivery of AI security, governance, and Responsible AI engagements for clients across industries. The role involves assessing AI-related risks, implementing governance frameworks, evaluating AI/ML security controls, and supporting organizations in establishing secure, compliant, and ethical AI programs. The individual will work closely with senior leadership, contribute to client engagements, and help build organizational capabilities in AI security and governance. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support AI governance, risk, and compliance engagements across industries.
  • Conduct AI risk assessments and maturity assessments against frameworks such as ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, ISO 27001, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluate AI-related risks, including model governance, data privacy, bias, explainability, third-party AI risks, and regulatory compliance.
  • Assist clients in establishing Responsible AI governance programs, policies, standards, and control frameworks.
  • Perform control design and effectiveness reviews for AI-enabled systems and processes.
  • Support AI governance audits, compliance reviews, and readiness assessments for regulations such as the EU AI Act and DPDP Act.
  • Develop risk registers, remediation roadmaps, management reports, and executive presentations.
  • Manage engagement workstreams and collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
  • Contribute to practice development, thought leadership, and capability-building initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of Cyber GRC principles, risk management, and control frameworks.
  • Knowledge of AI governance and risk frameworks, including ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI RMF.
  • Understanding of Responsible AI principles, AI lifecycle risks, and emerging AI regulations.
