Your work profile

• Manage and grow strategic partnerships with leading cybersecurity players.

• Drive joint business plans aligned to cybersecurity priorities like XDR, MDR, SecOps, AI, and Cloud Security
• Build strong executive and working-level relationships with partner stakeholders

• Identify, shape, and drive co-sell opportunities with alliance partners across key accounts

• Support sales teams in positioning joint cybersecurity solutions (e.g., MDR, Threat Intelligence, SOC transformation)
• Contribute to pipeline creation and revenue growth through partner-led demand generation

• Develop and execute joint GTM initiatives for cybersecurity solutions and industry-specific use cases

• Co-create solution offerings leveraging partner technologies (e.g., endpoint protection, identity security, cloud workload protection)
• Support marketing campaigns, events, and thought leadership in cybersecurity domains

• Manage alliance governance cadence including QBRs, MBRs, and executive reviews

• Track KPIs, incentives, and partner program benefits (rebates, certifications, etc.)
• Ensure alignment with internal strategic priorities and global alliance frameworks

Key Skills Required

• 5–8 years of experience in alliances, partnerships, business development, or sales operations
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains such as MDR/XDR, SIEM, SOAR, Cloud Security, Network Security, and Zero Trust.
• Education: MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree preferred
