The team
As a member of the Operation, Industry and domain solutions team you will embark on an exciting and fulfilling journey with a group of intelligent and innovative globally aware individuals.
We work in conjuncture with various institutions solving key business problems across a broad-spectrum roles and functions, all set against the backdrop of constant industry change.
Your work profile
· Conduct requirement gathering sessions with multiple stakeholder groups to identify functional and non-functional needs.
· Translate business requirements into BRDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams for development teams
· Analyze existing systems, identify redundancies, and propose optimized workflows under a modular digital architecture
· Define use cases, KPIs, and success metrics aligned with business objectives and system capabilities
· Collaborate with UI/UX, Tech, and Data teams to ensure user journeys, dashboards, and reporting modules meet end-user expectations
· Support microservices-based design by documenting API-level requirements and data flow dependencies
· Validate system outputs, coordinate with QA teams for UAT, and ensure business logic integrity across modules
· Work closely with integration teams to define data exchange mechanisms via API Gateway, Kafka, and message-driven services
· Contribute to data mapping for PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and ElasticSearch data models
· Ensure compliance with GIGW, WCAG, and CERT-In standards in solution design
· Utilize AI-assisted tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Power BI AI visuals) for data validation, documentation, and report automation
· Support project governance processes by maintaining requirement traceability, documentation, and change request logs
Essential Skills:
· Strong understanding of business process modeling (BPMN) and requirement documentation standards
· Experience working in microservices-based and API-driven environments
· Familiarity with data management and analytics tools such as Power BI, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and ElasticSearch
· Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Tech, UI/UX, QA, DevOps, and Data) in Agile delivery setups
· Understanding of accessibility and security standards (GIGW, WCAG, CERT-In)
· Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
· Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, and AI-powered documentation utilities
Desirable Skills:
· Prior experience in the IT domain within the sports sector, either in a government or corporate environment, is desired.
· Domain Preference: Candidates with prior experience in sports technology, athlete performance management, or data-driven federation systems will be preferred.
Education Details
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field
· 5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, digital transformation, or e-Governance projects
· Certification: Good to have IIBA-CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent Business Analysis certification
