Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with 3–8 years of experience in designing user-centric interfaces and digital experiences. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Figma and have a strong understanding of design systems, user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability best practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring intuitive, aesthetic, and functional user experiences to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces using Figma.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative UI/UX solutions.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
• Ensure designs are responsive and accessible across devices and platforms.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability data.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure design fidelity in implementation.
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Required Skills:

• 3–8 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in Figma, including auto-layout, components, prototyping, and collaboration features.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, spacing, and layout.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking.
• Experience conducting and applying results from user research and usability testing.
• Familiarity with responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and interaction design.
• Basic knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, React/Angular) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with design-to-code handoff tools like Zeplin, Avocode, or Figma Dev Mode.
• Motion/interaction design experience with tools like After Effects or Lottie.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum product development environments.
• Understanding of analytics tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics, etc.) to track design impact.
