Your work profile

We are looking for a highly skilled React Frontend & React Native Lead with 10+ years of overall development experience to lead the development of scalable web and mobile applications. The role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on expertise in React.js and React Native, and the ability to drive best practices across frontend and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, drive best practices, mentor frontend engineers, and collaborate closely with product, UX, and backend teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

·      Lead the architecture, design, and development of complex frontend applications using React.js/Next.js and mobile applications using React Native.

·      Define and enforce frontend coding standards, best practices, and performance guidelines.

·      Collaborate with Product Managers, and Backend Engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

·      Drive component reusability, state management strategies, and frontend scalability.

·      Review code, conduct technical design reviews, and ensure high code quality.

·      Mentor and guide junior and mid-level frontend developers.

·      Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.

·      Lead frontend initiatives such as micro-frontends, design systems, or component libraries.

·      Stay current with emerging frontend technologies and recommend adoption when appropriate.

·      Participate in technical planning, estimation, and sprint ceremonies.

·      Own frontend delivery, timelines, and technical risk management

·      Backend Knowledge Must

Skills Required

·      10+ years of experience in frontend/web development

·      Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3

·      Deep understanding of React Hooks, Context API, Redux / Zustand / Recoil

·      Experience with modern frontend architectures (SPA, SSR, CSR, micro-frontends)

·      Strong knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, and API integration

·      Experience with frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel)

·      Proficiency in testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)

·      Solid understanding of performance optimization techniques

·      Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

·      Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git)

·      Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

·      Stay updated with emerging trends in React, React Native, and frontend ecosystems
