As a member of the Operation, Industry and domain solutions team you will embark on an exciting and fulfilling journey with a group of intelligent and innovative globally aware individuals.
We work in conjuncture with various institutions solving key business problems across a broad-spectrum roles and functions, all set against the backdrop of constant industry change.
Your work profile
Product Manager Qualifications:
The resource should have done MBA & B.E / B. Tech from a recognized university or institution.
Required Experience: 10 years or more
Desirable: The resource should have at least 5 years of experience working in the Govt. Health IT projects at National level. • Responsible for managing & maintaining the Product Lifecycle.
• Requirement gathering with Stakeholders on various Health related IT portals
• Provide high quality, on-time input to client projects in the digital health field and be the bridge with the public health experts
• Assignments range in complexity from basic analysis and problem solving to assisting in the development of more complex solutions
• Coordinate with technology teams for Product features
• Engage with clients to understand their Product needs, challenges, and goals. Provide tailored recommendations on Product features and functionality based on the assessment
• Solution Development: Design, document, and present solutions, and proposals to clients. Collaborate with internal teams to create detailed
product roadmaps.
• Technical Support: Offer ongoing technical support to clients, addressing issues related to Products
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, product details, and IT solutions. Create comprehensive documentation for clients' reference.
• Provide support related to IT solutions within the scope of the project requirements.
• Collaborate across divisions for discussion related to various programs needs on Product solutions.
