Agile Ceremonies Management
- Oversee the Scrum process and coach the team to ensure transparency, inspection, and adaptation
- Facilitate Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospective meetings with full team engagement
- Support the Product Manager and development team in effective release planning
- Leverage sprint retrospectives to drive continuous improvement across sprints
- Identify and remove impediments, including cultural barriers, logistical challenges, and cross‑team coordination issues
Developing an Agile Culture
- Guide teams and the organization on Scrum and other Agile practices and methodologies
- Foster close collaboration across all team members; encourage cross‑training and peer support
- Create and maintain open communication channels within the Scrum team (e.g., tracker boards, JIRA)
- Promote a trusting, transparent, and psychologically safe team environment
- Facilitate discussions for collective decision‑making, goal setting, and conflict resolution
- Continuously improve team performance by promoting joint accountability and resolving productivity challenges
Key Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Agile development with strong knowledge of Agile techniques (User Stories, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, etc.)
- Experience as a Scrum Master on at least one successfully delivered Scrum project
- Proven delivery of at least three technical projects with hands‑on experience in software development and/or project management
- Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience in the financial services domain is a plus
