Your work profile

• We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect & Engineering Manager to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of scalable, high-performance applications.
• This role combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership skills, requiring both hands-on involvement and strategic oversight.

Key skills required: 

• Strong hands-on experience in:
• Node.js (Express/NestJS preferred)
• Python
• Java with Spring Boot
• React.js and/or Angular
• Strong database expertise in:
• PostgreSQL
• MySQL
• Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway, etc.)

Core Knowledge

• Microservices architecture
• RESTful API design
• Distributed systems
• Database design & optimization (SQL & NoSQL)

Additional Skills

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Experience with caching solutions (Redis, Memcached)

Leadership & Soft Skills

• Proven experience managing engineering teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to balance hands-on development with leadership responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale distributed systems.
• Exposure to DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform).
• Strong system design and architectural thinking.
• Bachelor’s degree

Your role as a Manager: 

Architecture & Technical Leadership

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance system architectures.
• Drive architecture decisions for microservices, APIs, and cloud-native systems.
• Define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and design principles.
• Evaluate new technologies and guide adoption strategies.

Engineering Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional engineering teams.
• Own sprint planning, delivery management, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align business goals with technology.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure engineering excellence.

Full Stack Development Oversight

• Provide technical leadership and guidance across:
• Backend: Node.js, Python, Java (Spring Boot)
• Frontend: React.js, Angular
• Ensure development of scalable APIs and responsive UI architectures.

Database & Data Architecture

• Design and optimize database solutions using:
• PostgreSQL
• MySQL
• Ensure data integrity, performance tuning, indexing strategies, and query optimization.
• Work with both relational and NoSQL databases where applicable.

Cloud & DevOps

• Architect, deploy, and manage applications on AWS.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
• Ensure system scalability, monitoring, security, and cost optimization.
