Your work profile:

• Lead functional discovery and workshops for order management processes, rules, and integrations.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze current state processes and identify improvement opportunities applicable to the future OMS model.
• Partner with architects and integration teams to clarify design impacts and dependencies.
• Support UAT planning and execution, including clarifying test scenarios, expected outcomes, and sign-off criteria.
• Drive end-to-end traceability of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Mentor junior BAs and support readiness of business SMEs.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
• Perform configuration, testing (unit & UAT), and deployment
• Provide L2/L3 production support and resolve tickets within SLA
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PM, WM, FI)
• Participate in rollouts, upgrades, and S/4HANA transformation projects
• Conduct end-user training and documentation

Key skills required

• 9-12 years of SAP experience with strong expertise in PP and QM modules
• At least 1–2 end-to-end SAP implementation projects
• Strong knowledge of integration points:
• PP with MM, SD
• QM with MM and PP
• Hands-on experience in:
  • Configuration (SPRO settings)
  • Master data setup
  • Troubleshooting production and quality issues
  • Familiarity with S/4HANA environment is highly desirable
  • Experience with batch management, classification, and variant configuration is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging preferred
  • Configure and support production planning processes including:
  • MRP (Material Requirements Planning)
  • BOM (Bill of Materials)
  • Routing and Work Centers
  • Production Orders / Process Orders
  • Capacity Planning and Scheduling
  • Work on demand management, batch determination, and shop floor control
  • Improve planning efficiency using MRP strategies and planning strategies
  • SAP PM with implementation
  • user acceptance testing, data migration, test case, fiori
  • SAP QM (Quality Management)
  • Configure and support QM modules including:
  • Quality Planning (Inspection Plans, MICs)
  • Quality Inspection (Incoming, In-process, Final)
  • Quality Notifications
  • Vendor evaluation and audit management
  • Integration with PP/MM for inspection lot processing and quality control
  • Support compliance with ISO, GMP, or regulatory standards

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP certification in PP or QM
• Experience in industries like manufacturing, pharma, automotive, or FMCG
• Knowledge of Fiori apps and SAP Best Practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
