Your work profile:

• We are looking for an experienced SAP PM Consultant with expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Plant Maintenance processes.
• The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to optimize maintenance operations, asset management, work order management, preventive maintenance, and integration with other SAP modules.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Plant Maintenance processes.
• Configure and customize SAP PM functionalities including:
• Technical Objects (Equipment, Functional Locations)
• Maintenance Notifications
• Maintenance Orders
• Preventive Maintenance
• Task Lists
• Work Centers
• Measuring Points and Counters
• Support end-to-end SAP PM implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and AMS engagements.
• Design maintenance strategies and preventive maintenance plans.
• Work on breakdown, corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance processes.
• Configure maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration with:
• SAP MM (Materials Management)
• SAP QM (Quality Management)
• SAP PS (Project Systems)
• SAP EAM
• SAP FICO
• Perform gap analysis and provide process improvement recommendations.
• Develop functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, reports, forms, and workflows.
• Conduct unit testing, SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.
• Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.
• Manage incidents, service request, and change request tickets in AMS environments.

Key skills required

• Strong experience in SAP PM configuration and support.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Equipment & Functional Location Management
• Maintenance Planning
• Refurbishment Process
• Calibration Process
• Warranty Management
• Permit Management
• Linear Asset Management (preferred)
• Knowledge of maintenance KPIs and reporting.
• Understanding of asset lifecycle management.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA EAM processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
• Ability to conduct workshops and suggest industry best practices.
• Experience in manufacturing, utilities, oil & gas, power, mining, or chemical industries.
• Exposure to SAP Fiori Apps for EAM.
• Knowledge of SAP Mobility solutions (SAP Asset Manager) is an added advantage.

  Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• SAP PM / EAM Certification preferred.
