Your work profile:

• We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.
• The candidate will be responsible for business requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Configure and support SAP FI modules:
  • General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting,
• Configure and support SAP CO modules:

• • Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis (COPA), Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications. Conduct workshops with business stakeholders.
  • Perform gap analysis and recommend SAP best practices.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for custom developments, reports, interfaces, and enhancements.
  • Support integration with SD, MM, PP, PS, and other SAP modules.
  • Execute unit testing, SIT, UAT, and defect resolution.
  • Support migration, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
  • Provide end-user training and documentation.

 Key skills required:

• 5+ years of SAP FICO implementation/support experience.
• At least 1-2 end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
• Experience in global rollout or support projects is preferred.
• Strong experience in SAP FICO configuration and support.
• Expertise in Financial Closing and Reporting processes.
• Hands-on experience in AP, AR, GL, Asset Accounting, Banking, Costing, and COPA.
• Knowledge of integration points with SAP SD, MM, PP, and PS.
• Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and finance processes.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Finance preferred.
• Experience in data migration and testing activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP FICO Certification is preferred.
• SAP S/4HANA Finance certification is an added advantage.

Qualifications:

• CA / CMA / MBA Finance / B. Com / M. Com / Equivalent.
