Your work profile

As a Senior Consultant, within the Human Resource Transformation, the Individual will be responsible to implement the Oracle HCM system in a global setup and will help configure, implement, and provide production/warranty support. 

  • Lead the design, development, and configuration of Oracle Core HR modules, ensuring alignment with organizational HR strategies and processes.
  • Proven experience managing all project phases – including client demos and workshops, requirement gathering, analysis/design, configuration, CRPs, validation, transition, testing & UAT, cut-over, go-live, and post-implementation support.
  • Stay ahead of the latest Oracle Core HR updates and enhancements, evaluate their impact, and lead efforts to recommend and implement system improvements.
  • Proven ability to lead projects, mentor junior team members, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.

 

Desired qualifications/ certification

  • Extensive hands-on experience in Core HR module with 5+ years of relevant industry expertise, including a strong understanding of industry trends, best practices, and new features.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience in client-facing roles, including stakeholder management and requirement articulation.

 

Key skills required: 

  • Deep expertise in Core HR functionalities such as organization and work structure management, position and job management, employee personal information, probation, transfers, promotions, salary processing, DOR/letters, exit management, and journeys.
  • Strong understanding of Redwood, security configurations, and approval workflows, with experience in customizing these components.
  • Proficiency in page customization using Page Composer and VBCS, with a focus on enhancing user experience and interface functionalities.
