Job Description:
We are looking for a SuccessFactors PMGM (Performance Management & Goal Management) Consultant with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in implementing, supporting, or enhancing the PMGM module. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of SuccessFactors configuration, business processes, and end-to-end PMGM flows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support configuration and administration of SuccessFactors PMGM module (Performance Forms, Goal Plans, Competencies).
- Assist in implementing new PMGM features and enhancements based on business requirements.
- Manage goal plan setup, performance form templates, routing maps, rating scales, and calibration settings.
- Work closely with HR stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Perform system testing (SIT/UAT), documentation, and validation of functional scenarios.
- Troubleshoot PMGM issues and coordinate fixes with internal teams or SAP support.
- Support yearly performance cycle activities and system readiness tasks.
- Prepare training materials, user guides, and provide end-user support.
Required Skills:
- 1–3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, specifically PMGM.
- Understanding of SuccessFactors Admin Center and basic provisioning tasks (added advantage).
- Good knowledge of Performance Form templates, Goal Plan configurations, and workflow routes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with business users and technical teams.
Good to Have:
- SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Certification.
- Exposure to other modules such as Employee Central, Compensation, or Succession Planning.
- Experience in hybrid work environments and cross-functional collaboration.

- Hybrid (Combination of remote work and on-site presence as required).
