Your work profile
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Lead and Manage Sales Team: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate sales representatives.Set performance expectations and conduct regular evaluations.
- Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales plans aligned with business objectives. Identify new business opportunities and target markets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Address customer concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Pipeline and Forecast Management: Monitor sales pipelines and opportunities. Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.Recommend pricing, product, and promotional strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, operations, and customer service teams. Ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
- Performance Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs). Present sales performance updates and business insights to leadership.
- Budget Management: Manage sales budgets and optimize resource allocation. Control expenses while maximizing sales effectiveness.
Key skills required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Several years of sales experience, often including team leadership.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
- Experience with basic integrations (SFTP, OAuth, APIs) is an advantage
- Good communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment
SuccessFactors RCM Certification preferred (not mandatory but an added advantage)
