Your work profile

  • Support in creation and delivery of high-quality learning materials, including ILTs, WBTs, digital learning products, performance support tools, application simulations, explainer videos, game-based learning, etc. that are tailored to project briefs and requirements basis the agreed timeline.
  • Support in manage learning deliverables to a business-ready standard, with guidance from senior team members.
  • Being an excellent communicator and actively participating in discussions with the team or directly with the client to understand the learning requirement and articulate ideas.
  • Contribute ideas for new programs, research and recommend innovative branding techniques.
  • Align and use appropriate images, typography, graphics, and layouts for the project basis the client’s brand guidelines.
  • Support in design research, storyboarding, brainstorming, and design reference sessions with the team and project stakeholders.

Key skills required: 

  • Relevant work experience of 0 - 2 years or more as an instructional designer or digital learning content creator.
  • Basic knowledge of instructional design methods, models such as Bloom’s taxonomy, ADDIE, Gagne’s nine events of instructions, Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels of Evaluation, etc.
  • Knowledge of working on technology transformation projects (preferred)
  • Strong hold in MS Office (suite). Basic knowledge of Adobe Captivate / Articulate Storyline 360 / SAP EnableNow / WalkMe / Oracle Guided Learning (preferred)
