As a Senior Consultant in our Performance and Rewards Team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. The role brings a combination of industry and solution expertise within the domain of total rewards and performance management system.
Desired qualifications
- Career level: Senior Consultant
- Education: MBA in HR from Tier 1 institutes (preferably)
- Years of experience: 3 to 5 years
- Must have skills: Total rewards, job evaluation, compensation benchmarking, incentive design and implementation, performance management system and HR analytics.
Location and way of working
- Base location: Gurugram
- This profile involves frequent travelling to client locations.
