Your work profile

• Support the design and delivery of compensation strategies including base pay structures, variable pay programs, and long-term incentives.
• Conduct market benchmarking
• Assist in developing job architecture, leveling frameworks, and career paths.
• Analyze compensation data and model financial impact of proposed changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on performance management and rewards enablement.
• Prepare client deliverables including reports, presentations, and dashboards.
• Stay updated on regulatory developments (e.g., labor codes, SEBI guidelines) impacting rewards.
• Contribute to thought leadership and internal capability building.

Key skills required: 

• Strong experience in Compensation & Benefits program design / management, incentive design / management, Performance Management, etc.
• 5yrs-8yrs of experience into similar skillset. 
• Analytical mind-set. Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Ability to formulate design thinking structured methodology.
• Bachelor’s /Post Graduation Diploma / Master’s Degree in from Tier 1 institutes
