Your work profile
- Support the design and delivery of compensation strategies including base pay structures, variable pay programs, and long-term incentives.
- Conduct market benchmarking
- Assist in developing job architecture, leveling frameworks, and career paths.
- Analyze compensation data and model financial impact of proposed changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on performance management and rewards enablement.
- Prepare client deliverables including reports, presentations, and dashboards.
- Stay updated on regulatory developments (e.g., labor codes, SEBI guidelines) impacting rewards.
- Contribute to thought leadership and internal capability building.
Key skills required:
- Strong experience in Compensation & Benefits program design / management, incentive design / management, Performance Management, etc.
- 5yrs-8yrs of experience into similar skillset.
- Analytical mind-set. Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Ability to formulate design thinking structured methodology.
- Bachelor’s /Post Graduation Diploma / Master’s Degree in from Tier 1 institutes
