Job Title:  T&T - OIDS - Project Manager - Senior Consultant - Delhi

Your work profile

• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of the healthcare IT programme.

• Define scope, schedule, budget, resource plan, milestones and acceptance criteria.

• Coordinate government stakeholders, healthcare teams, vendors and technical workstreams.

• Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, quality, security and regulatory compliance.

• Conduct governance reviews, prepare reports and drive timely decisions and escalations.

• Ensure documentation, knowledge transfer, change adoption and successful rollout.

Educational Qualification

• BE/B. Tech/MBA + PMP/Prince2 Certification/ MCA/ M. Tech/ Relevant Degree.

Experience

• 10+ Years IT/Health Administration; 6+ Years in Public Healthcare; Project Management.

• Demonstrated experience delivering responsibilities relevant to this profile in enterprise or public-sector environments.

Key Technical Skills

• Project/program management, planning, budgeting, risk and issue management, stakeholder coordination and governance.

• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall delivery, procurement, vendor management and quality assurance.

• Strong communication, leadership, documentation and reporting skills.

• Understanding of public healthcare programmes, healthcare IT systems, data privacy and interoperability.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum or equivalent certification is preferred.

• Experience managing public healthcare or large government digital programmes is preferred.
