Profile Name- QA Testing Lead/engg.
• Define the overall test strategy, plan, scope, estimates and quality gates.
• Lead functional, integration, automation, performance and security-testing activities.
• Establish automation frameworks, test data and environment requirements.
• Manage traceability, defects, metrics, reports and release-readiness recommendations.
• Coordinate VAPT and performance testing with internal and external stakeholders.
• Mentor QA engineers and drive continuous improvement in quality practices.
Educational Qualification
• BE/B. Tech/MCA/M. Tech.
Experience
• 3+ Years; Automation testing, Performance Testing, VAPT support.
• Demonstrated experience delivering responsibilities relevant to this profile in enterprise or public-sector environments.
Key Technical Skills
• Test strategy, planning, estimation, traceability and quality governance.
• UI/API automation, performance/load testing and VAPT coordination.
• Test management, defect lifecycle, metrics, reporting and root-cause analysis.
• Agile testing, CI/CD integration and tools such as Selenium, JMeter, Postman or equivalents.
Preferred Skills
• Relevant professional or technology certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in healthcare, health insurance, government or large-scale e-governance applications would be an added advantage.
