Your work profile
Profile Name- Senior Developers - Backend
• Design and develop secure, scalable backend services and microservices.
• Build and document REST APIs and integrate external and internal systems.
• Implement business logic, authentication, data access and asynchronous processing.
• Write unit/integration tests and participate in code reviews.
• Optimize application performance and resolve production issues.
• Support CI/CD, observability, technical documentation and junior team members.
Educational Qualification
• BE/B. Tech/MCA/M. Tech.
Experience
• 5+ Years; Node.js/Python; Microservices; API Development.
• Demonstrated experience delivering responsibilities relevant to this profile in enterprise or public-sector environments.
Key Technical Skills
• Node.js and/or Python backend development and strong programming fundamentals.
• RESTful APIs, microservices, authentication/authorization and integration patterns.
• Relational/NoSQL databases, caching, messaging and asynchronous processing.
• Docker, CI/CD, logging, monitoring, secure coding and performance optimization.
Preferred Skills
• Relevant professional or technology certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in healthcare, health insurance, government or large-scale e-governance applications would be an added advantage.
