The team

As a member of the Operation, Industry and domain solutions team you will embark on an exciting and fulfilling journey with a group of intelligent and innovative globally aware individuals.

We work in conjuncture with various institutions solving key business problems across a broad-spectrum roles and functions, all set against the backdrop of constant industry change.

Minimum Experience and Qualifications:

1.      B.Tech/BE/MCA.

2.      5–8 years of hands-on experience as a BI Developer or Data Visualization Specialist.

3.      Strong expertise in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView/Qlik Sense).

4.      Proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation.

5.      Experience with data modeling, star schema, snowflake schema, and OLAP concepts.

6.      Knowledge of ETL processes and tools (IBM DataStage, SSIS, Talend, or similar).

7.      Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts.

8.      Experience in performance optimization and tuning of BI reports/dashboards.

9.      Familiarity with cloud BI solutions (Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery) is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1.      Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, dashboards, and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView/Qlik Sense, or similar platforms.

2.      Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

3.      Develop and optimize data models, DAX/MDX queries, and ETL processes to ensure accuracy and performance.

4.      Work with data engineers and analysts to ensure data quality, consistency, and governance.

5.      Create interactive, user-friendly visualizations that deliver insights effectively.

6.      Ensure scalability, performance tuning, and optimization of BI reports and dashboards.

7.      Provide support for ad-hoc analysis and business reporting needs.

8.      Stay updated with emerging BI and data visualization trends and recommend improvements.
