Job Title:  T&T - OIDS - Senior Consultant - QA Lead - Delhi

Your work profile

• We are looking for a skilled Test Manager/QA Lead with 8+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance to define, implement, and manage testing strategies for enterprise applications.
• The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in test planning, automation, performance testing, defect management, and leading QA teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key skills required:

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
• Graduate in B.E./B.Tech/MCA.
• Preferably certified in ISTQB, Certified Test Manager, or any other equivalent testing certification.
• Strong experience in defining and executing test strategies, test plans, and test cases for enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience in Automation Testing, including automation framework design and implementation.
• Experience in Performance Testing, Load Testing, and Stress Testing using industry-standard tools.
• Strong expertise in Defect Management, test reporting, root cause analysis, and quality metrics.
• Experience in leading and mentoring QA teams across multiple projects.
• Proficiency in functional, regression, integration, system, UAT, and API testing.
• Familiarity with test management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, or equivalent.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or Master of Computer Applications (MCA).
• ISTQB, Certified Test Manager, or equivalent testing certification is preferred.
