Your work profile

 Profile Name- Senior Data Analyst

• Analyze healthcare and insurance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.

• Define KPIs and develop dashboards, reports and management insights.

• Validate, reconcile and interpret data from multiple systems and sources.

• Perform statistical analysis and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

• Work with business and technical teams to clarify analytical requirements.

• Maintain data dictionaries, analytical documentation and presentation materials.

Educational Qualification

• Masters/Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Statistics/Mathematics/Economics/Data Science.

Experience

• 10+ Experience in Data Analytics with minimum experience in Health insurance domain/Health care domain..

• Demonstrated experience delivering responsibilities relevant to this profile in enterprise or public-sector environments.

Key Technical Skills

• Advanced SQL, Excel, BI tools and data visualization.

• Statistical analysis, KPI design, dashboards, trend analysis and predictive insights.

• Data cleansing, validation, reconciliation and analytical data modelling.

• Understanding of health insurance/healthcare datasets, claims, utilisation and programme indicators.

Key Responsibilities
