As a member of the Operation, Industry and domain solutions team you will embark on an exciting and fulfilling journey with a group of intelligent and innovative globally aware individuals.
We work in conjuncture with various institutions solving key business problems across a broad-spectrum roles and functions, all set against the backdrop of constant industry change.

Your work profile

Location: Delhi NCR

Experience: 

• Minimum 10 years in large project implementations in IT transformation/e-Governance projects (Insurance domain preferred). 
• Lead end-to-end design, development, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise applications for the Insurance vertical. 
• Manage large IT transformation and e-Governance project implementations, ensuring timely and quality delivery. 
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Oversee application architecture, integrations, security, and performance optimization. 
• Manage vendor coordination, project plans, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and status reporting. 
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and audit standards relevant to insurance sector applications. 
• Lead, mentor, and guide technical teams to ensure adherence to best practices and standards. 
• Conduct reviews, testing oversight (SIT/UAT), and ensure smooth rollout and post-implementation support.
• Minimum Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in CS/IT/other stream plus M.E./M.Tech/MBA from a recognized institution.

Skill Required

10 Yrs. experience in Large project implementations in IT Transformation Project / e-Governance project. (for Insurance vertical)

Education Details

B. Tech (or B.E.) in Computer Science / Information Technology / other stream Plus M.E. or M. Tech or MBA from a recognized institution.
