Your work profile
Profile Name- UI and UX designer
• Conduct user research and translate needs into journeys and design requirements.
• Create information architecture, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
• Develop and maintain reusable design components and standards.
• Ensure responsive, accessible and consistent experiences across devices.
• Conduct usability testing and refine designs based on evidence and feedback.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts and developers through implementation.
Educational Qualification
• BE/B. Tech/MCA/M. Tech.
Experience
• 3+ Years experience in UI and UX..
• Demonstrated experience delivering responsibilities relevant to this profile in enterprise or public-sector environments.
Key Technical Skills
• User research, personas, journeys, information architecture and interaction design.
• Wireframing and prototyping using Figma, Adobe XD or equivalent tools.
• Responsive design, design systems, accessibility and usability testing.
• Ability to translate complex healthcare/business workflows into intuitive interfaces.
Preferred Skills
• Relevant professional or technology certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in healthcare, health insurance, government or large-scale e-governance applications would be an added advantage.
