         Key skills required: 

        Business Analysis

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for AEM Cloud-based solutions (Sites, Assets, or Forms).
• Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and development teams to prioritize and refine backlog items.
• Drive Sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives from a BA perspective.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring clarity on requirements and solutions.
• Define and maintain process flows, wireframes, and solution documentation.
• Support AEM implementations by validating features such as content workflows, asset management, personalization, and integrations.
• Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing), ensuring solutions meet business expectations.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and improved user experience.
• Ensure alignment of solutions with business goals, compliance, and governance standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong understanding and working experience of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) on cloud
• Knowledge of Content management and publishing workflows
• Digital Asset Management (DAM) concepts
• Templates, components, and content structures
• Familiarity with AEM integrations (APIs, third-party systems).

       Level of Experience required:

• • 8-12 years

• Base location: Bengaluru
• Education: Professional Qualification - Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MBA/MS
• This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations.
• Certifications (preferred):Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) / Scrum Master (CSM), CBAP / CCBA (IIBA)
