Your work profile

• Lead the design, development, maintenance, and optimization of process intelligence pipelines, dashboards, analysis models, and execution applications.
• Translate business needs into enterprise‑grade architectures and scalable technical solutions aligned with best practices.
• Govern and refine KPI frameworks across enterprise functions—including cycle time, rework, wait time, conformance, and SLA adherence.
• Lead the discovery, analysis, design, and documentation of end-to-end business processes across enterprise functions.
• Develop and maintain process models, value streams, and workflow designs using BPMN 2.0 standards to ensure consistency and enterprise-wide process visibility.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) process flows and transformation requirements.
• Establish and enforce process management standards, governance frameworks, and modelling conventions across the organization.
• Facilitate process workshops, process walkthroughs, and design sessions to identify inefficiencies, control gaps, and optimization opportunities.
• Drive process harmonization, simplification, and standardization initiatives across business units and geographies.

Key skills required

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-8 years of overall experience in Business Process Management (BPM), Process Transformation, or SAP Consulting.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with SAP Signavio solutions.
• Strong understanding of BPMN 2.0 standards and business process modeling methodologies.
• Experience in business process analysis, process optimization, and process governance.
• Has stakeholder management and client relationship management skills
• Certified in SAP Signavio

Location and way of working

• Base location: Delhi or Bangalore
• This profile involves frequent travelling to client locations.
