Your work profile

·      Lead and deliver client engagements across strategic sourcing, procurement transformation, and cost optimization initiatives.

·      Advise clients on sourcing strategy, supplier selection, contracting approaches, and procurement operating models.

·      Conduct spend analysis, category assessments, and supply market intelligence to identify savings, risk, and value creation opportunities.

·      Design and support implementation of end-to-end sourcing initiatives (RFx, negotiations, supplier onboarding, and contract finalization).

·      Support procurement transformation programs including process redesign, policy development, and governance frameworks.

·      Collaborate with client stakeholders across procurement, finance, legal, operations, and business teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.

·      Provide guidance on supplier relationship management, performance management, and risk mitigation.

·      Develop business cases, recommendations, and executive-ready presentations for senior leadership.

·      Contribute to practice development through thought leadership, solution development, and mentoring junior consultants.

·      Support business development activities including proposal development, client presentations, and account growth initiatives.

Key skills required

·      Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, procurement advisory, and category management across indirect and/or direct spend categories.

·      Proven experience in procurement transformation, cost reduction, and value creation programs.

·      Solid understanding of sourcing processes, contract management, supplier negotiations, and procurement best practices.

·      Strong analytical skills with experience in spend analysis, data-driven insights, and financial modeling.

·      Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.

·      Ability to structure complex problems, develop clear recommendations, and influence senior executives.

·      Hands-on experience with procurement tools and platforms (e.g., e-sourcing tools, ERP systems, spend analytics solutions).

·      Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver under tight timelines.

·      Commercial acumen and understanding of supply market dynamics and risk considerations.

·      Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation development.

·      Consulting mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
