Job Description:

·        Closely work with Domain Managers and business requesters to understand the requirement. Partner with the Data Domain Owner, Data Engineering and Data Management Specialists to deliver the domain data strategy.

·        Collaborate with global teams and market D&A teams to gather the requirements and create a backlog.

·        Deep dive at the data element level to create the quality source to target mapping.

·        Take accountability on the output validation and the UAT support.

·        Strong collaboration with Tech team, Project Manager and delivery lead.

·        Act as the Data Manager for the domain, ensuring data products meet Bank data policy, standards and governance expectations.

·        Translate policy/regulatory requirements into clear, practical data control requirements.

·        Escalate control gaps, control failures and poor monitoring outcomes to accountable owners for timely action.

·        Define and maintain domain data controls (preventative/detective/corrective) including scope, frequency and evidence.

·        Oversee control adoption across data products and pipelines; drive automation where possible.

·        Monitor control operations, review results, challenge anomalies and ensure issues are remediated.

·        Deliver agreed governance artefacts (trusted sources, metadata, lineage, DQ) to plan and contribute to process improvements

Job Requirements

·        Sufficient understanding of data domain and a complete data life cycle.

·        In-Depth understanding of Banking products , Customer and product related metrics.

·        Experience in requirements Gathering, Data analysis, Data quality monitoring and Data lineage.

·        Good interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams and leads.

·        Clear communication and presentation skills

·        Strong in SQL.

·        Identify and maintain Trusted Sources/aggregators for critical data elements with business and IT.

·        Define Data Quality rules, thresholds and monitoring; review DQ results and drive remediation with owners.

·        Ensure metadata and catalogue entries are complete and accurate; coordinate with SMEs/Data Governors.

·        Ensure business and technical lineage is captured and kept current in approved tools.

·        Support risk & control assessments, issue/action tracking, and audit/regulatory requests with clear documentation and evidence.

·        Work across stakeholders to embed governance and controls into delivery and BAU operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
