Our global network provides strategic guidance and implementation services to help companies manage data from disparate sources and convert it into accurate, actionable information that can support fact-driven decision-making and generate an insight-driven advantage.       

Your work profile

• Proven experience managing architecture or engineering teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and drive strategic decisions.
• Experience handling enterprise transformation programs.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

Key skills required: 

• 12–15 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, or Enterprise Data Management.
• Strong experience designing enterprise-scale data architectures.
• Expertise in cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with modern data warehousing and lakehouse platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Strong understanding of data modeling techniques (OLTP, OLAP, dimensional modeling, Data Vault).
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools and orchestration frameworks.
• Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python, Scala etc.
• Experience with streaming technologies like Apache Kafka is preferred.
• Knowledge of data governance, MDM, cataloging, lineage, and security frameworks.
• Familiarity with DevOps/DataOps and CI/CD practices.
• Experience working with large-scale distributed data systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred.
• TOGAF or enterprise architecture certifications are a plus.
• Exposure to AI/ML data platforms and advanced analytics ecosystems is desirable.
