Key skills required: 

• Minimum of 13+ years of experience
• Graduate in any proficiency - BE, BTech, MTech or BCA/ MCA
• Digital transformation of PACS, PDS (ONORC), and agricultural market systems (eNAM). which directly improves government asset efficiency, transparency, and revenue outcomes.
• Government asset optimization, revenue enhancement & cost efficiency initiatives.
• Revenue generation in eNAM through leakage reduction, improved auction transparency, and enhanced mandi operations
• Optimized supply-chain and resource utilization under IMPDS with WFP collaboration.
• High‑value contract negotiation and cost-saving procurement via GeM.
• Supply chain automation, logistics optimization & government infrastructure monitoring.
• Implementation of large-scale e‑Governance systems improving transparency & service delivery.
• Data-driven decision-making using analytics, BI dashboards, MS Excel & AI tools (ChatGPT, MS Copilot).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science or related field
