Your work profile

As a Senior Consultant in our Consulting team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.

Key skills required

• Hands-on experience with LoadRunner and JMeter
• Strong understanding of Performance Testing & Performance Engineering concepts
•  Experience in Load, Stress, Endurance, Volume, and Scalability Testing
•  Expertise in performance analysis, bottleneck identification, and root cause analysis
• Strong debugging skills across Application, Database, Middleware, and Infrastructure layers
• Experience with monitoring/APM tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, Grafana, etc.
• Good understanding of Web/API Performance Testing (REST/SOAP)
• Knowledge of SQL, Linux, and log analysis
• Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts.
• Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks.
• Work closely with Development, DBA, Infrastructure, and Architecture teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Ensure applications meet performance, scalability, and reliability requirements.

 
Education 
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
