Your work profile

• We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Engineer with strong expertise in Playwright and Java to develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web applications. The candidate should have hands-on experience in UI automation, API testing, CI/CD integration, and Agile delivery.

Key skills required

• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and Java
• Experience with TestNG/JUnit, Maven, and automation framework development
• Good knowledge of API testing (REST Assured/Postman)
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps
• Proficiency in Git, SQL, and defect tracking tools like Jira
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
• Excellent debugging, analytical, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright with Java
• Execute functional, regression, and end-to-end automation testing
• Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery
• Analyze test results, report defects, and support issue resolution

Good to Have:

• Experience with BDD (Cucumber)
• Selenium knowledge
• Cloud testing platforms (BrowserStack/LambdaTest)
• Docker or Kubernetes exposure

Education
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
