Your work profile:

As a Consultant in our Technology & Transformation Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and extensive experience in managing complex software development projects. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning and execution, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities of the job

·      Successfully execute the project to agreed schedule, budget, and scope. Should have experience on handling project financials.

·      Perform the relevant project management processes - i.e. initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control and close, and the supporting processes e.g. scope, cost, time, issue, risk, resource, communication, stakeholder management

·      Plan the project based on a defined need – results in detailed scope/budget/schedule baseline.

·      Monitor and control the work to ensure that the project remains on track and in control.

·      Plan for and manage change.

·      Reports on variances to the approved project baseline.

·      Close the project to formalize acceptance of the project result and release project resources.

·      Interface and communicate with project team, management and stakeholders.

·      Manage project work and resources to enable successful and timely completion of the project.

·      Performs gate reviews and quality assurance reviews with all aspects of IT organization and business sponsors.

·      Delivery of projects aligned to overall business and technology strategies and architectures. 

·      Work within defined governance processes

·      Lead the development of the project charter and scope, and ensure delivery of the solution to schedule, budget, and scope. 

·      Develop objectives, phasing and content of the project to deliver on the business case benefits, budget and timescales.

·      Ensures that quality project standards are met as prescribed by IT Services through the effective implementation or use of approved processes, methodologies, and deliverables Analytical/Decision.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Understanding of Concepts of ETL Testing and DWH.
• Understanding of AWS deliveries, SQL queries, SQL Joins, Pyspark, Python scripting
• 3-5 years of experience in software testing with at least 1 years in AWS test delivery
• Strong knowledge and hands on experience in AWS console, AWS CLI, Data concepts, ETL (Ab-Initio, Informatica), Data Warehousing , Hadoop, RDBMS with exposure to Unix
• Participate in requirement analysis and static testingParticipate in test estimations for project
• Create test cases/ scripts/data sheets/ sample data
• Escalate issues to TL/TM/PTM as appropriate
• Demonstrate an improvement in business and/or system knowledge in relevant program line
  Good Understanding of automation frameworks, tools and techniques, UNIX/LINUX OS, Defect tracking tool, Agile
  
  Communication:
• The test analyst is expected to document all testing details in a testing tool and Follow agreed guidelines.
• New functionality is to be documented and shared with the larger testing team so that all are aware of any new changes to system behavior and functionality
• Send out daily/weekly progress reports. Ensure that test case execution and defect statuses are reported in a clear and concise form in daily/weekly progress reports
• Choose and effectively use the most appropriate form of communication (face to face, AV, phone, Chat and email) with all stakeholders

Location and way of working:

·      Base location: Delhi/Noida

·      This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations.
