Your work profile

 

  • We are seeking an experienced Data Migration Lead / Data Migration Architect to plan, design, and execute large-scale data migration programs for enterprise and mission-critical systems. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in open-source data technologies, modern data engineering ecosystems, and large-scale data transformation initiatives, with proven experience delivering migration projects for Government, Public Sector, or enterprise environments.
  • The role involves end-to-end ownership of migration strategy, execution, validation, governance, and stakeholder management while ensuring data quality, security, compliance, and business continuity throughout the migration lifecycle.

 

Key skills required: 

 

  • Minimum 10-12 years of experience in planning, designing, and executing large-scale data migration programs.
  • Proven experience working on Government, Public Sector, e-Governance, or large enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Expertise in open-source data technologies, data engineering frameworks, and migration methodologies.
  • Experience migrating large-scale citizen, transport, financial, operational, or e-governance datasets.
  • Strong understanding of data transformation, integration, validation, reconciliation, and migration governance.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver critical migration programs within aggressive timelines.
