Your work profile

The role will involve working with the project team and client stakeholders across organization design, manpower planning, HR processes and performance management. We are looking for someone who can independently own analyses and deliverables, interact comfortably with client teams, and translate discussions and data into clear recommendations.

• Organization Design: Review organization structures, roles, reporting relationships and spans; support design of future-state structures and role responsibilities.
• Workforce Planning: Analyse manpower deployment, staffing requirements, workload and workforce gaps; support development of manpower norms and staffing models.
• HR Processes & Performance: Review key HR processes and policies; support development of role/JD frameworks, performance management systems and accountability mechanisms.
• Stakeholder Discussions: Participate in interviews and workshops with client stakeholders; capture insights and translate them into implications for the project.
• Analysis & Deliverables: Analyse organizational and workforce data and develop clear PowerPoint presentations, Excel analyses, recommendations and implementation plans.

Key skills required: 

• ~5 years of relevant experience in HR Transformation, Organization Design, Workforce Planning, Organization Development or related areas
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good PowerPoint, Excel and business writing skills
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned workstreams/deliverables
• Comfortable working with senior client stakeholders. Willingness to be based full-time at the client location in Gandhinagar Prior consulting experience
• Experience with Government/PSU or other large institutional organizations.
• Exposure to large-scale organization restructuring or HR transformation programs
• Bachelor's or Master;s in any field.
