Your work profile

The role will involve independently owning key modules across organization design, workforce planning, HR processes and performance management, while working closely with project leadership and senior client stakeholders. We are looking for someone who can structure problems, lead analyses and discussions, develop high-quality deliverables, and take a recommendation from initial diagnosis through to implementation planning.

• Organization Design: Assess existing structures, roles and governance; develop future-state organization structures, reporting relationships, role accountabilities and operating mechanisms.
• Workforce Planning: Lead manpower analyses covering staffing requirements, deployment, workload and productivity; develop manpower norms and staffing recommendations.
• HR Processes & Performance: Review HR policies and processes and develop practical recommendations across role architecture, performance management, accountability and HR governance.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct interviews and working sessions with senior client stakeholders; facilitate discussions and build alignment around recommendations.
• Analysis & Recommendations: Structure complex organizational problems, analyze quantitative and qualitative information, and translate findings into practical recommendations and implementation roadmaps.
• Delivery Ownership: Independently manage assigned modules, timelines and deliverables; review and guide analyses developed by junior team members.

Key skills required: 

• ~8 years of relevant experience in HR Transformation, Organization Design, Workforce Planning, Organization Development or related areas
• Strong structured problem-solving and analytical capability. Ability to independently own modules and client deliverables
• Strong PowerPoint, Excel and business writing skills. Confidence in interacting with senior client stakeholders and facilitating working discussions

• Willingness to be based full-time at the client location in Gandhinagar
• Bachelor's or Master's in any field.
