Job Title:  T&T - OIDS - Senior Consultant - Science & Technology Program Expert - Gandhinagar

The Team
Deloitte’s Technology & Transformation practice works on assignments related to international trade engagements for government clients specializing in trade policy, economic development and global market access initiatives among others  

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in R&D, science & technology, innovation, higher education, research institutions, government programs or related fields.
• Experience in R&D scheme implementation, monitoring of research projects and evaluation of research outcomes.
• Experience in development/coordination of Centres of Excellence (CoEs), innovation clusters, research networks or large-scale S&T programs.

Essential Qualification:

• Postgraduate degree in Science, Engineering, Technology, Biotechnology, Innovation or a related discipline from a recognized university/institution.
• A Ph.D. in Science/Technology/ Engineering or a related field would be desirable.

Desirable:

• Prior experience with Government/State Government/Central Government agencies, autonomous S&T organisations or R&D funding agencies.
• Knowledge of Science, Technology & Innovation policy, emerging technologies, research funding mechanisms and innovation ecosystems
