Your work profile

• Lead technical workstreams for Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation programs, delivering scalable and high-performance solutions using ABAP on HANA, RAP (RESTful Application Programming Model), CDS Views, OData Services, SAP Fiori, and SAP BTP.
• Design, develop, and implement complex SAP applications leveraging RAP Business Objects, Fiori Elements, CDS Annotations, AMDP, APIs, Enhancement Framework, and HANA-optimized development techniques.
• Architect enterprise-grade technical solutions that align with business requirements, SAP best practices, and S/4HANA extensibility standards.
• Collaborate closely with functional consultants, solution architects, integration teams, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Develop and support custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, workflows, APIs, and integration components within S/4HANA landscapes.
• Drive technical design reviews, code quality assessments, performance optimization initiatives, and adherence to SAP development standards.
• Support data migration activities, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), defect resolution, cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare support.
• Develop and enhance SAP Fiori applications and user experiences utilizing SAP UI5, Fiori Elements, and modern S/4HANA development frameworks.
• Leverage SAP BTP services and extensibility capabilities to build innovative and future-ready SAP solutions.
• Prepare technical specifications, architecture documents, development standards, and project deliverables.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, and drive continuous improvement across SAP development practices.

Key Requirements:

• 7+ years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA technologies.
• Proven experience in Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, including participation in at least one end-to-end implementation.
• Strong expertise in ABAP on HANA, RAP (RESTful Application Programming Model), CDS Views, OData Services, SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, and SAP BTP.
• Hands-on experience developing RAP Business Objects, Fiori Elements applications, CDS Annotations, AMDP procedures, APIs, and HANA-native solutions.
• Strong experience with object-oriented ABAP, enhancement frameworks, BAdIs, user exits, RFCs, BAPIs, IDocs, and integration technologies.
• Experience in performance tuning, debugging, root cause analysis, code optimization, and technical troubleshooting within complex SAP landscapes.
• Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable SAP solutions aligned with SAP Clean Core and S/4HANA best practices.
• Experience collaborating with functional consultants and business users to translate business requirements into technical designs and solutions.
• Strong understanding of SAP implementation methodologies, testing cycles, cutover planning, and go-live support activities.
• Proven experience leading technical workstreams and mentoring junior developers.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• SAP S/4HANA Development, SAP ABAP, SAP BTP, or SAP Fiori certification is preferred.
• SAP RAP and SAP Extension Suite certifications will be an added advantage.
• Relevant cloud platform certifications and experience with enterprise application architecture are desirable.
