As a member of the Government Experience and Innovation Centre team at Deloitte, you will collaborate with diverse and talented professionals to help solve multidimensional problems and generate value for our clients. Your core responsibilities will include:
Innovation & Blue-Sky Thinking: Drive cross-sector ideation to develop innovative, out-of-the-box solutions that address modern public sector challenges.
Technology Research & Integration: Continuously research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, IoT, spatial computing) that can be integrated into the centre to enhance demonstrations and physical capabilities.
Client Journey Curation: Support the design and curation of tailored, immersive client journeys through the centre, ensuring each visit aligns with the specific strategic goals and interests of the visiting government delegation.
Post-Visit Strategy & Action Items: Synthesize discussions, workshops, and insights from client visits to formulate clear, strategic action items and follow-up roadmaps.
Market & Sentiment Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on the latest government trends, public sector sentiment, and policy shifts to inform the centre’s strategic direction and content.
Stakeholder Mapping & Outreach: Ideate and research key government officials, policymakers, and industry leaders to invite for showcases, workshops, and collaborative sessions at the centre.
