Your Work Profile

As an Analyst in Deloitte's Education Practice, you will support high-impact projects at the intersection of education, technology, and artificial intelligence. You will work with governments, educational institutions, development organizations, and industry stakeholders to help design and implement innovative solutions that strengthen education systems and improve learning outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conduct research and analysis on education policy, AI applications in education, emerging technologies, and global best practices.
• Support the design and implementation of projects across school education, higher education, skilling, and digital learning.
• Assist in developing strategic recommendations, concept notes, reports, presentations, and client deliverables.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insights.
• Support stakeholder consultations, workshops, interviews, and meetings with government officials, academic leaders, and technology partners.
• Contribute to the development of AI-enabled use cases, tools, and frameworks for the education sector.
• Monitor project progress, document findings, and support project management activities.
• Stay abreast of developments in Generative AI, EdTech, Digital Public Infrastructure, and emerging trends in education transformation.

About the Team

You will be part of Deloitte's Education Practice, one of India's leading advisory teams working across the education ecosystem. The practice partners with central and state governments, universities, schools, development organizations, and private sector stakeholders to drive large-scale education transformation initiatives.

Our work spans education policy, digital public infrastructure, higher education reform, skilling, teacher development, institutional strengthening, AI in education, and technology-enabled learning. We are increasingly leveraging emerging technologies and AI to help clients reimagine learning, governance, service delivery, and educational outcomes.

As part of the team, you will gain exposure to complex, high-impact projects and work alongside experts in education, strategy, policy, technology, and data analytics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Business, Education, Data Science, Public Policy, or related disciplines.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience in consulting, research, education, technology, analytics, AI, or related fields.
• Demonstrated interest in education, public policy, digital transformation, or artificial intelligence.
• Exposure to AI tools, data analysis, automation, prompt engineering, or technology-enabled solutions will be preferred.
• Strong academic record from a recognized institution.
