Your work profile

As a Consultant for Source to Contract operations, you will support Source-to-Contract activities, including strategic sourcing, supplier management, negotiations, contracting, and risk governance to deliver value, mitigate risk, and strengthen supplier performance.

Key responsibilities include:

·      Execute sourcing projects, RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs across assigned categories.

·      Conduct spend analysis, market research, and supplier assessments.

·      Manage supplier relationships and support performance reviews.

·      Facilitate supplier governance discussions on risk, performance, compliance, and resilience.

·      Conduct supplier outreach to gather and validate capacity, continuity, risk, and mitigation information.

·      Lead commercial negotiations and support contract development and execution.

·      Collaborate with Legal, Risk, Finance, and business stakeholders throughout the sourcing lifecycle.

·      Monitor supplier risks and support remediation activities.

·      Track sourcing pipeline, savings, contract compliance, and supplier performance metrics.

 Key skills required

·      Experience with procurement of Banking / Financial institutions Or Exposure to multi-BU / global operating models.

·      The ideal candidate will possess direct experience supporting Global Services, specifically within the domains mentioned above.

Technical Exposure

·      ERP systems: Any among SAP, Ariba, Oracle, Coupa, Ivalua

·      Analytics tools: Excel, Power BI, Tableau

·      Familiarity with automation and AI-driven procurement tools

Experience

• 3-6 years of previous work experience in similar role
• Experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Category Management, or Contract Management.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Working experience on ERPs like SAP, Ariba, Oracle, Coupa, Ivalua

Qualifications

·      

·     B. Com / BBA / BMS or similar three-year graduate course

·     M.Com / MBA/CA or similar two year post graduate course

·      Certification in Procurement/Sourcing (CIPS, CPSM – good to have)
