Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow GRC Developer with 5–8 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and strong expertise in GRC/IRM, TPRM, and BCM modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting ServiceNow solutions while driving automation and process optimization initiatives in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, test, and maintain ServiceNow GRC solutions.
Implement and support IRM, TPRM, and BCM modules.
Develop and customize solutions using Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, and Service Portal.
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, LDAP, ODBC, SSL, and Kafka.
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues while ensuring optimal performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.
Stay updated with ServiceNow platform enhancements and industry best practices.
Required Skills
5–8 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Strong experience with ServiceNow GRC (IRM, TPRM, BCM).
Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
Experience with REST APIs, Flow Designer, Service Portal Customization, and integrations.
Knowledge of AngularJS, XML, Java, Jelly Scripting, and ServiceNow development best practices.
Proven experience in ServiceNow implementation, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
Good understanding of GRC/IRM processes and industry trends.
Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
