Your work profile

In our Assurance (A&A) Team you will work as an IT Procurement and Strategic Sourcing specialist within the client ecosystem with the intention of exceeding client expectations:

• Build and scale the procurement organization in India (greenfield or transformation setup)
• Define operating model, roles, and capability roadmap
• Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement team
• Implement procurement policies, SOPs, and standardized processes
• Deploy procurement systems, tools, and analytics dashboards
• Oversee sourcing and category strategies across:
  • Technology sourcing across cloud, infrastructure, software licensing, SaaS, telecom, cybersecurity and digital services
  • IT infrastructure, end-user computing, data center, network and managed services
  • Technology professional services, consulting, and enterprise applications
• Lead technology sourcing initiatives, RFIs, RFPs, RFQs and complex commercial negotiations
• Drive supplier consolidation and long-term value partnerships
• Build and manage a high-performing technology supplier ecosystem
• Lead supplier selection, onboarding, performance management, and development
• Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and commercial frameworks
• Drive vendor innovation, third-party risk management and technology governance initiatives

Key Skills

• Bachelor degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Technology or related field (MBA preferred)
• 12-15+ years of experience in IT Procurement, Technology Sourcing or Vendor Management
• Proven track record leading technology procurement transformation and optimization initiatives
• Experience in multinational / GCC / large enterprise environments preferred
• Proven leadership in building and scaling procurement organizations
• Strong experience across software, SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, telecom and cybersecurity procurement
• Expertise in strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, software licensing and vendor management
• Deep understanding of enterprise technology procurement and commercial models
• Strong stakeholder management and executive presence
• Analytical mindset with focus on cost, efficiency, and value delivery
• Experience with SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, ServiceNow Procurement or equivalent tools
• Enterprise-wide cost savings and value delivered
• Procurement maturity (processes, systems, governance)
• Cycle time and operational efficiency improvements
• Supplier performance and risk mitigation
• Stakeholder satisfaction and business impact
• Team capability building and retention
