Your work profile 

As a manager, you will lead the delivery of treasury transformation initiatives, helping clients gain greater control over their treasury, liquidity, risk management, and cash operations. Leveraging your Kyriba certification and Treasury expertise, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through the design, implementation, configuration, and optimization of Kyriba solutions.

You will be responsible for overseeing project delivery, managing client relationships, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of Kyriba modules and functionalities. Working closely with stakeholders, you will help clients automate manual processes, strengthen controls, improve visibility into cash and liquidity positions, mitigate financial risks, and drive operational efficiencies.

In this role, you will combine strategic consulting, project management, and technical solution expertise to help organizations make informed decisions that support their treasury and financial objectives. You will also contribute to business development activities, solution design, practice development, and team mentoring, while staying current with treasury best practices, emerging technologies, and Kyriba product advancements.

This position offers the opportunity to work with diverse clients across industries and geographies, lead complex transformation programs, and play a key role in shaping treasury operating models and technology strategies.

Key skills required

• CA / MBA from a reputed institute, Candidates with Engineering academic background would also be considered on a case-to-case basis.
• Kyriba certification across various modules is a must.
• Certifications required (mandatory): connectivity, deal capture, risk, valuations, hedge accounting, payments and Bank API.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience in treasury across consulting and/or industry roles.
• Prior experience of end-to-end Kyriba implementation is a must, candidate must have shown the capability of Kyriba functional blueprinting and technical configuration / integrations.
• Treasury consulting experience at leading management consulting organizations.
• Delivering and managing Treasury transformation projects to clients and delivering customer training on Kyriba and its functionality.
• Prior experience in effectively handling Kyriba implementation applying treasury tools and methodology
• Hands-on expertise in the following areas (should be able to do functional blueprinting and implementation):
• Cash and Liquidity Management (cash management and forecasting, in-house banking, cash accounting, GL reconciliation, liquidity planning etc.)
• Bank Relationship Management (bank account management, bank fee analysis etc.)
• Payment Management (payment, payment factory, multilateral netting etc.)
• Financial Transaction (debt/forex/interest rate/investment position keeping, leases etc.)
• Risk Management (valuation of debt, forex, investment, interest rate derivative, commodity derivative etc.)
• Connectivity (bank reporting, bank payments etc.)
• Ability to challenge the status quo, deliver compelling and well-structured arguments for change and transformation.
• Configured and tested solutions/workflow in the client database for various Kyriba modules.
• Prior experience in managing teams and projects.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Experts (SME) for resolution on complex designs and solutions
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness and ability to take initiative and learn independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products such as PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Word etc.
• Willingness to travel - This role requires travel as per project requirements.
• Ability to challenge the status quo, deliver compelling and well-structured arguments for change and transformation.
• Lead solution design workshops with customers.
• Deliver the solution design document (Blueprint) as well as other important documents throughout the project lifecycle based on the exact circumstances of each project.
• Design and deliver innovative solutions based on the client’s business requirements.
• Configure & test solutions/workflow in the client database for various modules.
• Assist customers in testing phases prior to go-live and provide go-live support.
• Lead training sessions and create custom training agendas.
• Lead meetings and drive issues to resolution.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Experts (SME) for resolution on complex designs and solutions.
• Apply Kyriba Implementation Methodology and Project Management best practices to all client implementations.
• Participate in presales support and project scoping, efforts evaluation activities under instruction and support from your manager.
• Contribute to the professional service communities from both knowledge and skills perspective proactively.
