Deloitte's Energy, Resources & Industrials (ER&I) solutions help companies navigate complex industry shifts and disruptions through a wide range of services, including digital transformation, sustainability initiatives, and workforce development. These solutions are tailored for various sectors within ER&I, such as oil and gas, power and utilities, renewables, mining, and industrial products. We work in conjuncture with various institutions solving key business problems across a broad-spectrum roles and functions, all set against the backdrop of constant industry change.

Work profile​​​​​​​

• Serve government/ public or private sector clients in consulting projects. Participate in problem-solving efforts and offer areas improvement to drive client/project success.
• Developing logically sound and evidence-based market research/ recommendations.
• Work with clients such as power utilities, government agencies/ regulatory bodies, multilateral funding agencies, think-tanks, financing agencies in India and South East Asia.
• Assist clients in areas such as techno-commercial assessment, project management, market assessments/ growth strategy, policy advocacy, regulatory compliances, performance improvement, due-diligence and transaction advisory.
• Build relationships and communicate effectively in order to positively influence peers and other stakeholders.
• Prior experience in consulting and/ or power sector preferable

Qualification: 

• B.Tech or CA

Essential Skills:

• Basic problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills including proficiency in English language
• Tools proficiency in Excel and Power point
• Ability to manage tasks independently with senior officials in government.
• Communicate with Impact & Empathy
• Develop Self & Others through Coaching
