Your work profile

• Solve complex MDM problems and implement front-end web applications and back-end microservices implementing graph technology
• Build robust and scalable containerised/serverless applications in the cloud
• High quality documentation, ability to operate independently, and collaborate with cross-functional technical and non-technical teams globally
• Produce consistent high quality code accelerated by AI Core Technical Requirements
• Proficient in React.js, Python, SQL, and Airflow.
• Strong CI/CD experience e.g. GitHub, Bitbucket, GitHub Actions, Bamboo, ArgoCD
• Strong understanding of Secure by design principles
• Building containerised applications and managing container workloads in Kubernetes
• Building, deploying, and maintaining AWS components using CloudFormation e.g. EC2, S3, IAM, Lambdas, SQS, SNS, RDS, DynamoDB
• Designing and building microservices architecture

Required Skills

Ability to accelerate delivery / output with AI e.g. Claude Code, Copilot

- Experiene working in monitoring and observability tools e.g. Splunk, Grafana, CloudWatch

- Neo4j, BigQuery Graph

- Angular, Next.js, Vue.js, Java, Go, DBT

- Experience integrating with GCP e.g. GCS, BigQuery

- Experience with GitOps Delivery Approach & Ways of Working - Able to come to the Gurugram office 3 days a week

- Flexibility of working hours where needed

- Experience working within Agile delivery framework

- Use of JIRA and Confluence for task management and documentation Specialisations - Relevant working experience in Financial Services e.g. Banking and Financial Services, Fund Management, Investment Management

- Strong understanding of Master Data Management principles

- Experience working in an MDM Platform Experience & Other - 5 to 10 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

- Strong Risk Management mindset

- Strong understanding of Change, Incident, and Problem Management

- Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders globally

- Ability to delivery quality output independently with minimal oversight
