Your work profile

Integration Solution Design

  • Functional Consulting
  • Lead requirements gathering workshops with finance and business stakeholders.
  • Analyze current business processes and recommend Oracle Fusion Financials best-practice solutions.
  • Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), configuration workbooks, test scripts, and training materials.
  • Configure Oracle Fusion Financials modules based on business requirements.
  • Conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and end-user training sessions.
  • Solution Design & Implementation
  • Design and implement end-to-end finance processes including:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Fixed Assets (FA)
  • Cash Management (CM)
  • Expenses
  • Tax Management
  • Intercompany Accounting
  • Financial Reporting
  • Support Chart of Accounts (COA) design and financial governance structures.
  • Design approval workflows and financial controls.
  • Integration & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Procurement, Projects, SCM, HCM, Primavera Unifier, Primavera Cloud, and technical teams.
  • Define integration requirements with external systems and legacy applications.
  • Support Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and API-based integrations.
  • Participate in end-to-end business process design across ERP and project management platforms.
  • Data Migration
  • Support data migration strategy and execution.
  • Validate migrated data including:
  • Suppliers
  • Customers
  • GL balances
  • Assets
  • Open AP invoices
  • Open AR transactions
  • Bank accounts
  • Coordinate reconciliation and sign-off activities.
  • Reporting & Compliance
  • Design and validate financial reports and dashboards.
  • Support statutory, management, and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and corporate governance requirements.
  • Assist in audit and financial control processes.
  • Post-Go-Live Support
  • Provide hypercare and stabilization support.
  • Troubleshoot business process and configuration issues.
  • Recommend process improvements and optimization opportunities.
  • Support quarterly Oracle updates and regression testing activities.

5–8 years of Oracle ERP implementation experience.

  • Minimum 2–3 Oracle Fusion Financials end-to-end implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Financials architecture and best practices.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion quarterly updates and release management.

  • Preferred Skills
  • Experience with project-centric organizations such as EPC, construction, infrastructure, utilities, or water sector companies.
  • Experience integrating Oracle Fusion ERP with Oracle Primavera Unifier and Oracle Primavera Cloud.
  • Knowledge of project accounting and project costing processes.
  • Understanding of IFRS, GAAP, VAT/GST, and local statutory compliance requirements.
  • Exposure to Oracle Fusion Procurement and Project Portfolio Management (PPM).
  • Qualifications
  • Preferred Chartered Accountant (CA), CMA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
  • Oracle Fusion Financials Certification preferred.
