Job Title: Power BI Developer / Senior Power BI Developer (5–8 Years Experience)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer with 5–8 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Power BI and SQL, with the ability to transform complex business requirements into insightful dashboards and reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Create and optimize data models, DAX measures, and Power Query transformations.
• Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data extraction scripts.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Perform data validation, quality checks, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.
• Support report enhancements, performance tuning, and governance activities.

Required Skills

• 5–8 years of experience in BI/Data Analytics.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Experience in data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and report optimization.
• Good understanding of ETL and data warehousing concepts.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Banking/Financial Services domain is a plus.
• Experience with cloud data platforms and modern analytics tools is an advantage.
