Your work profile
· Own solution architecture across Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate (cloud and desktop), Dataverse, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio.
· Administer tenant governance through the Power Platform CoE Starter Kit — inventory and compliance sync, app and flow ownership, orphaned resource cleanup, capacity and licensing visibility, and CoE dashboards for leadership.
· Design and administer DLP policies at environment and tenant scope — connector classification, exemption handling, pre-rollout impact analysis, and remediation of policy-broken apps and flows.
· Define and enforce the Power Platform ALM process — managed solution strategy, solution layering and segmentation, environment topology, environment variables and connection references, and pipeline-based promotion via Power Platform Pipelines, Azure DevOps, or PAC CLI.
· Run release governance — versioning conventions, release notes, deployment runbooks, rollback plans, and solution health checks before promotion.
· Own Dataflows and Power Query / M logic — source onboarding, incremental refresh, transformation standards, Dataverse table mapping, and refresh failure monitoring.
· Build Copilot Studio agents end to end — topics and triggers, knowledge sources, generative answers, Power Automate tool calls, authentication, human escalation, and channel deployment across Teams and web.
· Lead RPA delivery on Power Automate Desktop, including runtime, licensing, and unattended execution strategy.
· Design integrations with SAP (EIP), SharePoint, and enterprise SOAP and REST APIs.
· Translate BRDs into FRDs, effort estimates, and phased deployment plans; challenge scope and flag estimation risk early.
· Manage a cross-functional delivery pod, track adoption metrics, and produce executive-level reporting.
· Drive GenAI adoption — identify automation candidates, build reusable assets, and quantify hours saved.

• Proven ALM ownership at scale — solutions, pipelines, environment strategy, and multi-environment promotion.
• Dataflows and Power Query / M for Dataverse-backed data integration.
• Copilot Studio agent design and deployment.
• Power Automate Desktop / RPA at production scale.
• Integration experience across REST and SOAP APIs, SharePoint, and Office Scripts.
